Avaya presents Channel Awards 2008

Eleven Avaya Business Partners rewarded for exceptional performance...

Nieuwegein, 20 November 2008 – Avaya (NYSE: AV), supplier of communication networks and services to the business market, has presented the Avaya Channel Awards 2008.  Eleven Avaya Business Partners, including resellers and distributors, received these awards based on their performance, exceptional market approach and strategy in the past year.  Avaya Managing Director, Chris de Jongh and Melvin Harmsen, Channel Director at Avaya, presented the awards.  Imtech ICT, KPN, Newtel, Essence, SIT Nederland, Sencit, Forma, CSS Telecom, Toptel, TBE Solutions, Telespectrum, TSV Groep and HIG Telecommunicatie all received prizes.

The general MKB award Mid-market Unified Communications was awarded to Sencit, who over the past year managed to double turnover through a series of new contracts including, among others, Van der Valk hotels and the IB Group!
